- Search for properties on our website or on a real estate listing site, such as Zillow or Realtor.com. Contact the listing agent for more information or reach out to use and we will connect you with our agent to begin.
- Once a sales agreement is signed and escrow is opened with your down payment, the title company will provide you or your buyer’s agent with a title report.
- The title company will coordinate the closing and be in commuinication with our agent, your agent and/or you to schedule the close date.
- Prior to closing, the payment instructions will be communicated and upon full payment and signing the closing docs, the title company will file the Warranty Deed with the county. The county will then mail you the original recorded deed for your files. It’s that simple.
- The whole process will take two to three weeks and out agent will be in contact along the way.
