Yes, we do buy land from private owners who inquire. The prices we pay are fair and a win-win for both parties. We do not pay retail, however, that cost can be made up when you factor in the fact that we charge no commission dollars, pay all associated closing costs, and can close quickly getting money into your hands fast.
To get to a fair value for your property, we look at what other similar properties in your area and/or county are selling for, and what the market suggests they sell for in the future. We then subtract typical agent/broker commissions and fees paid (including marketing & admin fees) on these comparable properties. Finally, we build a small profit into the number to get a price on which we base our offer.
